Dimensionally compliant with the 19" EIA-310 rack standard across all heights from 1U (1.75") through 6U (10.50") — fits and aligns in any standard rack without modification.

CNC-machined front panel cutouts for displays, connectors, and controls held to tight tolerances — so hardware installation is clean and consistent across every unit.

Airflow Geometry

Vent placement, fan tray mounting provisions, and internal baffling designed to move heat efficiently without blocking rear connectivity or cable management access.

Slide Rail Compatible

Designed from the start for standard slide rail systems — proper clearances, retention provisions, and panel features for clean, repeatable installation and field service.

We review your U-height, depth, panel cutout layout, and internal requirements. We build a first article and verify against EIA-310 dimensional standards and your specific drawings. Then we move into production runs with consistent tolerances and finishes across every unit.

Chassis ship finished, hardware-installed, and ready for your integration team. Slide rail compatibility and blanking panels available as part of the complete build.

Materials & Specifications

Steel and aluminum — shallow to full-depth — fixed mount or slide rail

We fabricate rack mount chassis from cold-rolled steel and aluminum (5052, 6061). Available in 19″ EIA-310 standard width with depths from shallow (under 10″) to full-depth (over 24″). Fixed rack ear or slide rail compatible mounting options.

Standard tolerance is ±0.005″ on critical mounting dimensions. Finish options include powder coat and anodize. Captive fasteners, rack handles, and blanking panels installed per your BOM.
