Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers to join our growing team. These are full-time, first-shift positions working Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support our powder coating and shipping operations by preparing parts, masking, and packaging finished products. No previous powder coating experience is required—we provide all necessary training.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Production / Masking (Pre-Coating):
- Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating
- Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating
- Remove masking materials after coating
Packaging & Shipping:
- Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit
- Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets
- Label and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Perform final inspections before packaging
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
- Perform basic quality checks on finished parts

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with industry-leading machinery and CAD/CAM software, along with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Eagle Metalcraft is looking for a highly skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician with strong CNC programming experience to support our precision manufacturing operations. This role will focus on programming and operating advanced fabrication equipment, including laser cutting, punching, forming, and hardware installation systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with industry-leading machinery and CAD/CAM software, along with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Typical Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm with OT as required
Responsibilities
- Program and operate an LVD 6kW Puma fiber laser using Cadman software
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for a Trumpf punch press
- Program and operate a Trumpf TruBend press brake using Boost software
- Set up and operate Amada press brakes for forming operations
- Operate Haeger hardware insertion machines for installation of fasteners and hardware
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate part production
- Set up machines, tooling, and materials for production runs
- Monitor production processes and perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Troubleshoot programming or machine issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflows and reduce waste
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and CNC programming
- Proficiency with Cadman and Boost CAD/CAM software
- Experience operating LVD laser systems, Trumpf punch and press brakes, and Amada press brakes
- Experience with hardware insertion equipment such as Haeger machines
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in manufacturing, machining, or related field
- Experience in a job shop or high-mix manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Current Position
Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator
Full-time | On-site | $20–$33 per hour
The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary to independently set up and operate fabrication equipment, read and interpret blueprints, and produce quality parts to exact customer specifications and tolerances. This is not an entry-level training position; we are looking for someone who can bring established fabrication skills to the team.

Eagle Metalcraft is seeking an experienced Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our production team. This position is best suited for an individual with hands-on experience in precision sheet metal fabrication, with a strong emphasis on forming and press brake operations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $20.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brakes and other sheet metal fabrication equipment to produce parts according to drawings, specifications, and required tolerances.
- Perform sheet metal forming operations, including selecting proper tooling, determining setups, and completing bend sequences.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and job specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, to verify part dimensions and quality.
- Identify and resolve fabrication or setup issues while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate additional fabrication equipment and processes as needed, which may include laser equipment, CNC punch presses, shears, drills, hardware insertion equipment, sanding, deburring, and grinding.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with other production team members and assist with additional fabrication responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of precision sheet metal fabrication experience, including hands-on press brake setup and forming experience is a must.
- Ability to independently set up equipment and produce parts to drawing specifications and tolerances.
- Strong blueprint and technical drawing reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Working knowledge of basic shop math and the ability to calculate dimensions and measurements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- TIG welding experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand and/or sit for extended periods.
