Materials & Specifications
We fabricate from cold-rolled steel, aluminum (5052, 6061), and stainless steel in gauges from 10 to 22. Standard tolerance is ±0.005″, with tighter tolerances available on critical features.
Finish options include powder coat, liquid paint, anodize, alodine, and chromate conversion. Hardware is installed per your BOM. Silk-screen labeling, engraving, and adhesive overlays are completed before delivery.
