Power Supply Housing Manufacturer Designed For Heat, Weight, And Protection In Power-Dense Systems

We build custom power supply housings engineered around the real demands of power electronics — thermal management, high-current connectivity, and long-term reliability in operation. Fabricated in Syracuse, NY.

What We Build

Power supply enclosures carry a specific set of demands that general-purpose housings don’t address. We build for those demands — thermal performance, weight, protection, and high-current access — from the start.

Thermal Vent Geometry

Vent slot placement and geometry designed around your system's heat load and airflow path — not standard catalog venting that may or may not match your thermal model.

Heatsink & Thermal Mounting

Integral heatsink rails, thermal pad mounting provisions, and heat spreader attachment points designed to your specific power component layout and thermal budget.

High-Current Connector Provisions

Front, rear, and side panel provisions for high-current power connectors and bus bar access — laid out to your specific I/O configuration and clearance requirements.

Heavy-Gauge Construction

10 to 16 gauge steel construction for power-dense builds where structural rigidity, heat mass, and durability under mechanical and thermal stress are required by the application.

Grounding Stud Provisions

Chassis ground studs, bonding straps, and safety ground provisions built into the housing to meet NEC requirements and your system's safety standard.

Bus Bar Clearance Design

Internal geometry that provides adequate clearance for bus bars, high-voltage components, and required creepage distances — without wasting enclosure volume.

How The Build Process Works

We build power supply housings from your drawings and thermal requirements — first article, dimensional verification, then controlled production runs.

Reliability In Power-Dense Systems Starts With The Housing

A housing that doesn’t manage heat shortens component life. One that doesn’t protect adequately creates safety risk. We build with both outcomes in mind — because in power electronics, reliability isn’t optional.

We review your thermal requirements, current levels, and mounting configuration. We build a first article, verify fit and clearances, then move into production runs with consistent tolerances and finishes across every unit.

Materials & Specifications

Heavy-gauge steel — chassis, rack, DIN rail, and standalone mounting options

We fabricate power supply housings from cold-rolled steel in 10 to 16 gauge. Mounting options include chassis-mount, rack-mount, DIN rail, and standalone configurations. Connector access provisions available on front, rear, and side panels.

Thermal options include vented, forced-air, and conduction-cooled designs. Finish options include powder coat, alodine, and paint. Grounding stud provisions included as standard.

Industries We Serve

Control your light and appliances Power Electronics Across High-Reliability Applications

We support OEM teams building AC/DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor drives, industrial UPS systems, and defense power distribution equipment — anywhere housing quality and thermal performance directly affect system reliability and safety.

ITAR registered for defense power systems. ISO 9001:2015 certified. USA fabricated in East Syracuse, NY.
