Silk-Screened Labeling

Production-quality legends, function labels, and regulatory markings applied before delivery — so your operators aren't reading hand-applied adhesive labels in the field.

NEMA 4 / 4X Sealing

Gasket channels and sealing provisions for panels installed in wash-down, outdoor, or corrosive environments requiring NEMA 4 or 4X rated protection.

E-Stop & Safety Control Provisions

Standard and twist-release emergency stop mounting provisions with proper clearances for NEC and safety standard compliance — built into the panel, not added after.

Hardware Pre-Installed To BOM

Switches, indicators, connectors, and fasteners installed per your BOM before delivery — your integration team receives a panel ready to connect, not assemble.

We build from your panel drawings and control hardware specifications. Cutouts are machined to tolerance. Surface finish is applied in-house. Silk-screened labels, hardware, and overlays are completed before the panel ships.

Your integration team receives a finished, build-ready panel — not a blank piece of metal that still needs hours of work before it’s usable.

Cold-rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless — with cutout tolerances your hardware requires

We fabricate operator panels from cold-rolled steel, aluminum (5052, 6061), and stainless steel. Critical display and control cutouts are held to ±0.003″. Surface finish options include powder coat, brushed aluminum, and anodize — selected for operator-contact durability.

Labeling options include silk screen, engraving, and adhesive overlays. NEMA 4 and 4X gasket sealing available. All hardware installed per BOM before delivery.
