Electronic Chassis Manufacturer The Chassis Is Part Of The System. We Build It That Way.

We manufacture custom electronic chassis for OEM teams — designed around your internal layout, airflow requirements, and structural demands. Delivered ready to populate from our shop in Syracuse, NY.

What We Build

In complex electronic builds, the chassis determines how heat moves, how boards are accessed during service, and how the system holds up under mechanical stress. We engineer for all of it.

Board Mounting Provisions

Threaded standoffs, card guides, and PCB mounting provisions positioned to match your board layout — so integration goes in on the first attempt, not the third.

Airflow Engineering

Vent geometry, fan tray provisions, and internal baffling designed around your system's heat load — moving air where it needs to go without obstructing connector access.

Structural Integrity

Stiffened, welded, or reinforced designs for systems with heavy internal components, vibration exposure, or demanding mounting configurations.

Cable Routing Channels

Integrated tie-down points and routing channels that keep cables organized, clear of airflow paths, and accessible during service — not just initial assembly.

Service Access Design

Removable panels and access provisions positioned for practical field service. Your technicians can get to what they need without removing half the system.

EMI Bonding Provisions

Chassis ground lugs, bonding straps, and shielded compartment provisions for systems with emissions control or susceptibility requirements.

How The Build Process Works

We support OEM teams through every phase — from early engineering alignment through repeatable production delivery — under one roof, with one team.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified — ITAR Registered

Built Around Your Internal Architecture — Delivered Ready To Populate

We start with your system drawings and requirements. We align on DFM before cutting begins. We build and inspect a first article chassis. Then we move into controlled production runs held to the same tolerances every time.

Every chassis ships finished, hardware-installed, and ready for your integration team — no rework required on receipt.

Materials & Specifications

Cold-rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless — welded, riveted, or fastened to your requirement.

We fabricate chassis from cold-rolled steel, aluminum (5052, 6061), and stainless steel. Construction methods include MIG/TIG welding, riveting, and fastened assemblies depending on your structural and serviceability requirements.

Standard tolerance is ±0.005″. Finish options include powder coat, alodine, anodize, and paint. All hardware is installed per your BOM. Chassis ship ready to populate.

Industries We Serve
