Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers to join our growing team. These are full-time, first-shift positions working Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support our powder coating and shipping operations by preparing parts, masking, and packaging finished products. No previous powder coating experience is required—we provide all necessary training.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Production / Masking (Pre-Coating):
- Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating
- Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating
- Remove masking materials after coating
Packaging & Shipping:
- Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit
- Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets
- Label and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Perform final inspections before packaging
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
- Perform basic quality checks on finished parts

Eagle Metalcraft is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the efficient flow of customer orders through the manufacturing process.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately confirmed, documented, and released to production. This position serves as a critical link between Sales, Engineering, Programming, and Manufacturing by creating complete job packets, verifying order information, and ensuring production has everything needed to begin work on schedule.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Customer Order Management
- Review incoming customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Confirm order details with customers when clarification is needed.
- Verify revisions, quantities, due dates, pricing, and shipping requirements.
- Communicate discrepancies to Sales or Management for resolution.
Job Creation
- Create production jobs within the ERP system (JobBOSS).
- Generate and assemble complete production travelers.
- Ensure all required documentation is included, including:
- Customer drawings
- Internal prints
- Material requirements
- Routing information
- Special customer instructions
- Certifications and quality documentation when applicable
- Ordering and kitting of hardware for floor production
Production Support
- Release accurate job packets to the production floor.
- Coordinate with Programming, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure jobs are ready for release.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on missing information.
- Assist in prioritizing urgent customer requirements.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure document revisions are current.
- File and organize completed job documentation.
- Support ISO and quality documentation requirements.
Communication
- Serve as a connection for customers, Sales, Engineering, and Production.
- Communicate schedule changes or order updates.
- Escalate potential issues before they impact production.
Administration Tasks:
- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping as needed.
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of arriving guests.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide basic company information.
This is an evolving position, expected to be able to adapt to new tasks as they are assigned
Qualifications

Role Description
The Bookkeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in East Syracuse, NY, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include recording and reconciling transactions, preparing and posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assisting with payroll and expense tracking. The role also involves supporting the preparation of financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
The Bookkeeper will work closely with management and external partners to provide timely financial information, respond to inquiries, and assist with periodic audits and reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and journal entries (accounting) to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Experience working with financial statements and basic finance concepts to support reporting and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and related tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, Excel) for daily transaction processing.
